Harrison Shimazu

 

I’m a music composer, content strategist, and writer based in the Boston area, with other roots in New York City and Japan. I studied at New York University, and hold master's and bachelor's degrees in Music Technology via the accelerated dual degree program. Currently, I’m continuing to advance the intersection of music and tech as the editorial director and chief editor of the Splice blog.

When I’m not working on content marketing at Splice, I’m usually making music. If I’m not doing that, I’m probably playing Pokémon (Slowpoke’s my favorite), theory-crafting a Yu-Gi-Oh! deck, enjoying some sweets, or listening to more music.
